Former WWE Superstar Naomi, now known as Trinity Fatu, made her debut for Impact Wrestling at the Spring Slugfest TV tapings this past Friday. She appeared in an in-ring promo segment, alongside two top Knockouts, which will air on Thursday’s episode of Impact TV. Full spoilers from the tapings, which include Fatu’s involvement in another segment, are set to air on May 4 and May 11.

Impact has now announced that Fatu will make her in-ring debut at Saturday’s tapings. The match against Knockouts World Tag Team Champion KiLynn King will air on Thursday, May 18 on AXS.

News of her Impact Wrestling debut broke earlier this week, and she will now be known as Trinity Fatu in the company. She recently abandoned a trademark for Trinity Starr.

Trinity Fatu had significant support backstage, with her old friend Mercedes Mone making the trip all the way from Japan to be there for her big moment. Mercedes Mone did not appear on camera during the Impact Wrestling event.

Naomi left WWE last year, and now both she and fellow former WWE Superstar Sasha Banks have joined different wrestling companies. Banks has joined NJPW as Mercedes Mone, while Naomi has signed with Impact Wrestling.

Details of Fatu’s debut match against KiLynn King will be revealed in the coming weeks, as Impact Wrestling continues to build on the momentum of their Spring Slugfest TV tapings.
