Jim Ross is a WWE Hall of Famer and was the voice of several generations of fans, as he gave decades of his life to the business. Ross has been part of several iconic moments in professional wrestling, and he continues to share his opinion regarding several topics. Interestingly enough, Ross recently stated that there are a lot of good reasons to smoke cannabis.

Due to his veteran status, Jim Ross is well aware of how the pro wrestling world functions. That said, the WWE Hall Of Famer has numerous interests outside of the industry as well. One of them appears to be marijuana by the looks of it.

While speaking on the latest edition of his Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross talked about the progress of his family’s cannabis operation. Ross revealed that he has already invested a lot of money into it.

The WWE Hall of Famer then noted that there are a lot of good reasons to smoke cannabis, adding that there are a lot of worse things people can do in their lives than smoking cannabis as well.

”I’ve invested thousands and thousands of dollars in my family’s cannabis operation, which I think our dispensary is going to be opening in a couple of months as things seem to be progressing. Boy, there’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of legal stuff to get involved in this thing. Thus far, I haven’t had any issues. I won’t have any issues. I have nothing to hide.

There’s a lot worse things that we can do with our lives than smoking pot. I think it’s almost worn out. I think there’s so many people getting educated to it. Gummies for sleep and things of that nature. There’s a lot of good reasons to consume the product.”

Fellow WWE Hall Of Famer RVD would certainly approve of what Jim Ross is doing, as RVD is one of the biggest users of cannabis in professional wrestling right now and always speaks up about the benefits of cannabis.

What’s your take on what Jim Ross said? Are you surprised he is a fan of cannabis? Sound off in the comments!
