Brock Lesnar’s name is certain to draw a bunch of attention, no matter who WWE places him against in the ring. It turns out that WWE is kicking around the idea for a match that a ton of fans would love to see.

Many fans were outright upset when WWE booked Brock Lesnar against Omos at WrestleMania 39. The two opened up WrestleMania Sunday in a match that ended with Lesnar coming out on top. Now, WWE is considering someone even more imposing this Summer.

WRKD Wrestling tweeted out to say that WWE is kicking around the idea of having Brock Lesnar and Gunther finally collide. It wasn’t noted when this match might happen, but the Summer is a possibility.

While Gunther has publicly stated during interviews that he’d like a match with Brock Lesnar, the idea has been floated backstage to potentially have them face off sometime this summer.

Brock Lesnar is sticking around WWE, and he will face Cody Rhodes at Backlash if he accepts the American Nightmare’s challenge. Odds are that is destined to happen, which opens up a lot of possibilities for after that big Puerto Rico show.

We’ll have to see if WWE finally delivers with that match. Only time will tell how many matches the two could have with each other, because Lesnar and GUNTHER could certainly trade wins along the way. That might give fans something very exciting if this dream match could turn into a series of matches.
