Rick Steiner was at WrestleCon’s first day this year, but it will be his last. He erupted in string of insulting slurs directed at Gisele Shaw, calling her a man and slinging out other transphobic remarks. It seems that Steiner still doesn’t want to talk about it.

We previously reported that Rick Steier declined to comment on this controversy. He is still no-selling any question about what he said about Impact Wrestling’s transgender knockout.

WreslteCon did not book Rick Steiner for the event, as he was brought in by third-party vendor. They still apologized for the act. After he was kicked out of the convention, Scott Steiner signed autographs and took photos alone at the Steiner Brothers’ booth.

As Lex Luger and Rick Steiner were apparently traveling back home through the airport, they were confronted by the Joy.Of.Everything YouTube channel. The channel questioned Steiner about the alleged comments he had made to Gisele Shaw. He didn’t want to talk about it.

Rick Steiner no-selling this question is not a huge surprise. He can’t be proud of how this turned out. He is banned from WrestleCon for life, and he also might have lost a few life-long fans in the process.

What’s your take on Rick Steiner’s comments? Do you think he needs to be cancelled? Sound off in the comments!
