Tonight promises to be an exciting night of action as FTR put their careers on the line for a chance to win the AEW Tag Team Championships. We will also hear from the Blackpool Combat Club tonight. The complete match card is as follows:

AEW Dynamite Opener:

The opening package for the show airs.

Juice Robinson vs. Ricky Starks

Juice and Ricky brawl in the ring. Jay White comes out and ambushes Ricky Starks. Starks fights back but Juice stops him with a kick. Jay White hits a Bladerunner on Starks.

Winner: No Contest

Jericho is interviewed backstage. He says he has nothing against Adam Cole and he is happy he is back after nine months. He says he had the win, the girl, and the celebration while Daniel Garcia is lying in the ring as Cole continues to celebrate. He says it is unacceptable. Keith Lee interrupts and says Jericho is the poster child of disrespect. He says he wants to teach Jericho a thing or two about respect.

AEW World Trios Championships: House of Black (c) vs. Orange Cassidy & Best Friends

The House of Black’s theme song plays and they come out to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Orange Cassidy’s music plays and he comes out in Sue’s minivan with the Best Friends.

The match begins with Trent and Malakai Black in the ring. Black takes down Trent but he reverses into a hammerlock. He transitions into a headlock. Black fights out of it. Trent knocks down Black with a jumping knee strike. He tags out.

Black trips Chuck Taylor and tags out. Brody King attacks Taylor and knocks him down. He goes for the senton and misses. King tags out. Taylor also tags out.

Cassidy’s DDT is blocked by Matthews and he sends him into the turnbuckle. He tags out and Brody attacks Orange. The Best Friends come into the ring and they brawl. Cassidy sends Black out of the ring.

He then sends Buddy out of the ring and tags out. Cassidy goes for a dive but is caught and slammed onto the apron. Trent goes for a dive but is caught and slammed on the apron as well. Brody with a vicious forearm to Trent.

Brody sends Trent out of the ring. He sends Trent into the ring and chops him down. He tags out and Black attacks Trent in the corner. He goes to work on Trent.

Trent tries to fight back but is knocked down by Black. He tags out and Black attacks Trent. He tags out. Trent fights back and tags out. Cassidy attacks Black and sends Buddy and Brody outside. Cassidy dives into the House of Black. He sends Black in the ring and they do the chokeslam powerbomb combination.

They all take out each other. Cassidy and Black with a standoff in the ring. He mocks Black with the kicks. Black kicks him in the face but he retaliates with a stundog millionaire. He tags out. Trent comes in and hits a clothesline on Black. He then hits a piledriver on Black and Buddy.

Cassidy hits the Orange punch and Tren hits the piledriver. Cover! 1…..2…..Black makes the save. Cassidy with the orange punch but he is taken out. Taylor goes for soul food but is blocked and Buddy hits the stomp for the win.

Winner: House of Black (c)

AEW Women’s World Championship: Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Riho

Riho’s music plays and she comes out to the ring. Jamie Hayter’s music plays next and she makes her way to the ring.

The match starts and they both shake hands. Haytorade is attempted but is reversed. Riho with a hurricanrana. Cover! 1..2…kick out. Riho is knocked down. Riho with a dropkick sending Hayter out of the ring.

Riho dives onto Jamie Hayter on the outside. Riho goes for a crossbody but is caught and hit with a gutbuster. Jamie Hayter goes to work on Riho. Hayter kicks Riho in the head. Both women exchange strikes until Riho is slammed on the apron.

Hayter sends Riho into the ring. Cover! 1…..2….kick out. Riho attacks Hayter in the corner. Hayter with a suplex. Cover! 1..2….kick out. She hits a bodyslam. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Hayter attacks Riho in the corner. Riho with a hurricanrana and a tiger feint kick. She then hits a crossbody. Cover! 1…2…kick out. She hits a dragon suplex. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

She climbs the top rope and dives but misses and Hayter hits a neckbreaker and a lariat. Cover! 1…2..kick out. Hayter sets her up in the corner. Hayter with a superplex. She goes for a brain buster but Riho counters into a DDT.

Both women exchange strikes but Hayter gains the advantage. She sets her up on the top rope. Riho fights back and hits a hurricanrana. She then hits a meteora. Cover! 1…2…Hayter gets her foot on the rope.

Riho goes for the dragon suplex but is blocked and Hayter hits the Haytorade. Cover! 1….2…kick out. She hits the ripcord Haytorade for the win.

Winner: Jamie Hayter (c)

Renee interviews the Outcasts. Saraya congratulates Jamie and asks her not to get too comfortable with the women’s title as one of them is coming for the title.

Matt Menard is on the entrance ramp. He says The Acclaimed joining J.A.S. excites him. The Acclaimed’s music plays and they come out rappings insults at Jericho.

Angelo Parker asks them to get back up the ramp. He says that it sounds like they want to fight together and he went and got them a match together at Rampage. He asks Billy Gunn to scissors him. Gunn says it should be done by professionals and he shows them how it is done.

*Commercial break*

A package from MJF Day plays. MJF says he is the guy to beat in AEW.

The music of Mike Rogers and his great band play some music. MJF then comes out. He says he is the host for MJF Day. He says they are going to celebrate MJF Day. He says it is so magical in Long Island that every time it rains, it rains pennies from heaven. He then sings. He dances his way to the ring.

MJF gets in the ring. Joseph Saledino starts talking but the crowd is booing. He says MJF is the pride of Long Island. He then presents him with the key to the city. He then officially makes April 5th as MJF Day.

MJF says this is a huge honor. He says there are losers who don’t deserve it like Allin, Guevara, and Jungleboy. He says he wants to tell a story about his childhood. He says when he was a kid, he had ADD.

He then says growing up with ADD was hard. He says one teacher wasn’t sympathetic who would pounce on him like a lion. He recalls how his teacher would make fun of him. He then says on the last day of school, his teacher asked him where does his brain go during his class. He says it was on professional wrestling because he wanted to be a World Champion but his teacher told him that would never happen.

MJF says that his teacher was wrong because he is the AEW World Champion. He then asks the crowd not to be a stupid b**ch like his teacher. He then advised kids in Long Island that if they work hard enough, they can be anything they want to be except him. He then leaves the ring. He then asks if the people want an encore.

He insults one of the band members who turned out to be Jack Perry and the two men brawl as security comes out to separate them. Sammy Guevara’s music plays and he comes out. He picks up the title and holds it up. He then gives it to MJF before walking to the ring.

Sammy Guevara vs. Komander

Komander’s theme song plays and he walks to the ring.

The match begins and Sami kicks him. He then hits the moonsault on Komander. He climbs the top rope and goes for a dive but is caught by Komander. He hits a shooting star press.

Komander goes for a dive and Sammy kicks him. He sends Komander into the barricade. He sends Komander into the ring and continues to attack him. Sammy with a suplex. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Komander with a reverse hurricanrana. He climbs the top rope and walks the top rope before he dives on Guevara. He sends Sammy into the ring. He climbs the top rope and goes for Shooting Star and lands on his feet as Sammy evades him. He hits the phoenix splash.

Komander climbs the top rope and goes for a shooting star but Sammy gets the knees up. Sammy goes for GTH but Komander rolls him up. Sammy with a thrust kick. Sammy climbs the top rope and hits the cutter. He then hits the GTH for the win.

Winner: Sammy Guevara

Tony interviews Sammy in the ring who says he just did something MJF doesn’t do which is wrestle. He says MJF said he has beaten every one of the pillars but when they got in the ring, he had MJF beaten until someone else helped him win.

He says he lied and cheated his way to the top. He says he is jealous of it. He then says MJF sold his soul to be a pillar of AEW. He says he built his side brick by brick. He says he loves AEW and he won’t use it to go anywhere else. He says he is going to be the World Champion.

FTW Championship: Hook (c) vs. Ethan Page

Hook’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Ethan Page is in the ring.

The match starts and Hook hits the T-Bone suplex sending Page out of the ring. Hook goes after him and he sends Hook into the steel steps and then the ring post. Page sends him into the ring.

Page goes for the twist of fate but he reverses and hits a twist of fate. Cassidy is on the apron. Matt Hardy hits Page with the FTW title and Hook locks in the red rum for the win.

Winner: Hook (c)

Nigel McGuinness is with Tony Khan. Tony says five years ago before AEW was founded. The Elite put on a show called All In and the show got interest from around the world. He says AEW All In will take place in London, England. Adam Cole enters the frame and says that All In is coming to Wembley Stadium. He says they will celebrate 100 years of Wembley Stadium

Blackpool Combat Club vs. Jobbers

Blackpool Combat Club’s music plays and they make their way through the crowd. They get in the ring and assault their opponents.

Claudio and Moxley hit the spike piledriver on the outside. Yuta locks in the single-leg crab in the ring. Yuta hits a German suplex and follows it with the anvil elbows. He then locks in the crossface for the win.

Winner: Blackpool Combat Club

Bryan Danielson gets on the mic and says he was at home with his family. He says he loves his family but he also loves the Blackpool Combat Club. He then says he loves professional wrestling.

He then says the guys they beat up are just amateurs. He says the four of them are the only professional wrestlers in the building tonight. Hangman Page’s music plays and he comes to the ring.

He brawls with them but the numbers are too much. Bryan says they are professionals. He tells Hangman that he doesn’t have anyone who loves him. He says when he was at home, he was teaching his kids a few things about fixing up a house and the house of AEW needs to be fixed up from amateurs. He then attacks him with a screwdriver.

Bryan calls Hangman an amateur and they are the only real professional wrestlers in AEW tonight.

AEW World Tag Team Championships Titles vs. Careers: The Gunns (c) vs. FTR

FTR’s music plays and they come out to the ring. The Gunns’ theme song plays and they walk to the ring.

The match begins with Cash Wheeler and Colten in the ring. Cash slaps Colten. Colten knocks Cash down with a shoulder tackle.

Cash fights back with chops. He tags out and they perform a double-team move. He tags out and Cash hits an elbow drop. Colten rolls out of the ring. Cash with a sliding dropkick. Austin distracts Cash and Colten dropkicks him. He tags out and Colten hits a lariat.

Colten attacks Cash in the corner. Cash slaps Austin but he attacks him and slams him to the mat. He tags out. Austin sends Cash out of the ring. Cash gets back in the ring and Austin attacks him. He tags out and Colten continues to attack him.

He tags out and Austin attacks him some more before tagging out. Colten goes to work on Cash. Cash fights back and tags out. Dax attacks Austin and Colten. Dax is attacking The Gunns. He hits a lariat on Colten. Cash with a dropkick to Austin. Colten is hit with a DDT.

Dax tags out and he attacks Austin. Dax tags in and they hit the spike piledriver. Cover! 1…2…kick out. FTR hit the shatter machine. Cover! 1..2…Colten pulls the referee out of the ring. Cash sent into the post. Austin hits the famasser. Cover! 1…2..kick out.

Austin low blows Dax and the referee goes for the bell but Cash stops him. The Gunns plant Cash. Austin sets Dax on the top rope but is knocked down. Colten slides the titles in the ring. Dax goes for a dive but is knocked out with title. Cover! 1….2…kick out.

Austin tags out. Dax spits at them and he fights back. Cash and Dax with the double rollup for the win.

Mark Briscoe comes out to celebrate with them.
