Vince McMahon’s return to WWE creative was huge blow to morale already. It seems that some of those Superstars are ready to bid WWE farewell now.

After Vince McMahon returned and wedged himself back into creative, seemingly ignoring anything that Triple H had going on, this rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. The constant changes and even writing up new production sheets during the show to shift things around did not sit well with some people.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that some WWE Superstars, and at least one top Superstar, are prepared to request their WWE releases. That being said, this seems like a serious situation.

Fightful heard from at least two talent, including one near the top of the card that said they’ll likely request their releases if this is a trend moving forward, and another that said they’ll just ride out their deal. There are multiple wrestlers who are already exploring what their options would be in the event Vince McMahon were to be steadily involved.

The report did not disclose which Superstars are prepared to ask for their releases, but this could be a very interesting situation. For some unknown reason, Endeavor wants to keep Vince McMahon in charge of creative, even though this is not what anything was told would be happening at all.

Vince McMahon was around backstage for both nights of WrestleMania 39. It was not noted at the time that he ran the show, but it was reported he wasn’t shy about giving his input. Obviously, things changed in a big way on RAW.

Are you upset about these changes to WWE? Did you miss Vince McMahon causing so much unrest backstage? Sound off in the comments!
