Former WWE Superstar Jazz was one of the highlights of the women’s division during the early to mid-2000s. The two-time Women’s Champion also had a hard time getting television time on WWE’s revamped ECW brand in 2006. It seems she accused WWE of stealing her idea before firing her.

Jazz, a prominent women’s champion, knows the importance of storytelling. Her journey began in 2001 when she made her debut in WWE, and over the course of three years, she held the Women’s Championship twice. Unfortunately, the company released her from her contract in 2004, leaving her unsure about her future in pro wrestling.

Jazz didn’t give up on her dreams. Two years later, at the age of 49, she made her comeback by joining WWE’s ECW brand. During her time there, Stephanie McMahon asked her to pitch ideas for storylines. This was a significant opportunity for Jazz to showcase her creativity and passion for wrestling.

Jazz put a lot of effort into crafting her storyline idea, and when she submitted it to Stephanie, she was thrilled to receive positive feedback. However, Stephanie had both good news and bad news to share. Jazz recounted her conversation with the Billion Dollar Princess during an interview with Cafe de Rene.

“Stephanie watched, I mean read it and everything. A couple of weeks later, she got back with me, she’s like, ‘Jazz, I have good news and bad news.’ She’s like, ‘which one you do you want first?’ I was like, ‘just throw it at me however you wanna give it to me,’ you know. She said, ‘the good news is we f**king loved it. Bad news is we’re gonna give it to somebody else.’ I was like, ‘wow!’

Jazz was taken aback by the news. She had put a lot of effort into her pitch and was disappointed to hear that her idea wouldn’t be used. Nonetheless, Jazz remained undeterred and continued to work hard to create new and exciting storylines for WWE.
