Impact Wrestling has been going through a lot of changes for a long time now, with their emphasis on better in-ring action and storylines. Their Sacrifice event will take place on March 24th, 2023, at the St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Now it seems an ex-WWE Superstar will be getting a title shot at the event.

In a recent interview with Wrestling News, the talented and highly skilled professional wrestler Trey Miguel revealed that he will be defending his X-Division Championship against none other than former WWE Superstar Lince Dorado at Impact Wrestling’s Sacrifice on Friday, March 24th.

The news came as a complete surprise to Miguel, who found out the day before the event. Despite being caught off guard, Miguel remained cool and composed, expressing his excitement at the prospect of taking on his good friend and fellow wrestler, Lince Dorado.

Trey Miguel went on to describe Lince Dorado as a “very fun human being” and an “awesome wrestler”, praising his friend’s athleticism and technical abilities. However, the defending champion was also quick to assert his dominance, stating confidently that he planned to “kick his ass” in the upcoming match.

To achieve this goal, Trey Miguel revealed that he had a cunning plan as he intended to throw a bunch of banana peels into the ring, hoping to trip up his opponent and catch him off guard. Miguel explained that he had been playing a lot of Mario Kart lately, and had noticed that the faster the racers went, the more they spun out when they hit a banana peel. With this strategy in mind, Miguel was feeling confident and ready to take on all comers in the ring.

“I found out during yesterday’s interviews who I had. I had no idea. I didn’t see the Twitter posts, so it’s fresh news to me. It’s always fun when I find out something through a third party source. Lince is a good friend of mine. He’s a very fun human being and an awesome wrestler. I’m gonna kick his ass though. I plan on throwing like a bunch of banana peels in the ring because he likes to do all this running and flipping and stuff. I’ve been playing a lot of Mario Kart and I realize the faster they go, the more they spin when you throw that banana peel.”

As the X-Division Championship match at Sacrifice draws near, fans of professional wrestling will undoubtedly be eagerly anticipating the clash between these two talented athletes. With Trey Miguel defending his title and Lince Dorado looking to claim the championship for himself, anything could happen in the ring.
