John Cena has justifiably earned a spot among the greatest WWE superstars of all time thanks to his incredible work ethic and dedication. Cena consistently finds time for the WWE Fans despite his incredibly hectic Hollywood schedule and managed to wrap up all commitments to be in his hometown of Boston for RAW last night. However, Cena’s first response after the appearance was quite not what the fans expected.

While many thought John Cena would hype his now-scheduled match at WrestleMania 39 along with a usual thankful note for the fans, that was pretty much not the case. Instead, Cena had different feelings when he made his way to the ring.

The Face that Runs the Place was visibly emotional when he came out in the arena and took time to process it. Moreover, John Cena was met with great admiration and love from his hometown fans.

John Cena has now revealed more about his emotional night on RAW. The 16-time World champion took to Twitter claiming that he felt it may be his last time in front of the WWE universe when he entered the arena and poured out his love for the fans.

“Last night was the first time I entered the arena and had the thought that it might be the last time. I’ll never be able to put into words how much I love the #WWEUniverse.”

As many expected, John Cena was confronted by Austin Theory in an amazing verbal back and forth that Cena nailed like only he can. Theory is now set to defend his WWE United States title against John Cena at WrestleMania 39 in a much-awaited clash.
