Eddie Kingston was involved in the ROH tapings over the weekend. He is expected to be a featured act for that company, so that could have led to this AEW departure. Either way, it certainly looks like Eddie Kingston made his point.

Ortiz and Eddie Kingston know each other well. Along with Santana, the three were a solid team for a bit in Impact Wrestling. This could have been what led Ortiz to throw out his two cents about Eddie Kingston quitting Tony Khan’s company.

Taking the easy way out like always

We’ll have to see how this situation pans out. It is possible for wrestlers to work for both AEW and ROH, so Tony Khan’s company might be going a different way with Kingston. We have also heard nothing about his contract running out. Odds are Eddie Kingston will still be around, but fans might have to watch ROH in order to see him.
