Sami Zayn did not defeat Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber, but the Montreal crowd was behind him 110%. The Underdog from the Underground saw Kevin Owens run out for the save after the match, but the damage was already done.

After his hard-fought match, Sami Zayn posed for a few backstage photos. WWE then posted those photos of Zayn’s mangled back, along with a few squeamish emojis.

Only time will tell how this situation pans out on the road to WrestleMania. Obviously, Sami Zayn is still going with a good amount of momentum after Elimination Chamber, despite his heartbreaking defeat.
