SmackDown tonight is set to feature the following matches:
Intercontinental Championship: Gunther vs Madcap Moss
The Viking Raiders vs Sheamus & Drew McIntyre
Asuka vs Liv Morgan
Natalya & Shotzi vs Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler
It should be interesting to see how things play out on tonight’s show.
Natalya & Shotzi vs Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler
Our opening tag team match begins with Natalya hitting a side headlock takedown to Baszler. Natalya hits a kick to the face and Baszelr crawls to the corner to tag Rousey in. Rousey goes for an armbar, Natalya almost counters into a sharpshooter causing Rousey to flee to the corner to tag Baszelr back in as Shotzi is also tagged in. Baszler goes for a stomp to the elbow but Shotzi counters out of it and Rousey tags back in. Shotzi locks in the cattle mutilation to Rousey, Rousey eventually powers out but Shotzi throws her out of the ring and follows with a tope suicida, Natalya hits Baszler with a discus lariat and Shotzi hits a flying cross body to Rousey outside.

The match continues live with Baszler locking in an armbar to Shotzi. Rousey tags in and Shotzi hits a tornado DDT to Rousey on the ring apron. Baszler throws Rousey back i the ring and tags herself in. Shotzi hits an enziguri and tags in Natalya. Natalya hits a German sulex and Rousey tags back in. Natalya dodges a flying cross body and locks Rousey in the sharpshooter. Baszler runs in to force Natalya to break the hold. Natalya tags Shotzi in and Baszler pulls Natalya out of the ring as Rousey locks Shotzi in the armbar and Shotzi is forced to tap out.
Winners: Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler

SmackDown resumes with Hit Row in the ring performing to a less than a positive reception from the crowd, Top Dolla’s “Bret screwed Bret” line is particularly not approved of. The lights cut out and when they come back on Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy are on the apron. The two spooky dudes with attitudes enter the ring and save Montreal from Hit Row as they clear the ring. Wyatt grabs the mic and warns Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar that whoever wins, “should run”.

Sheamus & Drew McIntyre vs The Viking Raiders
The match begins with Ivar and Sheamus. Sheamus dodges a spining heel kick and a brawl between all four wrestlers breaks out outside of the ring. Sheamus hits a big lariat to knock Ivar over the top rope.

Back live with Erik hitting a strong forearm strike to Sheamus and tagging Ivar in. Sheamus hits a big lariat and McIntyre and Erik both tag in. McIntyre hits a belly to belly throw and Ivar runs in and McIntyre hits Ivar with a neckbreaker and then hits Erik with a second neckbreaker. McIntyre hits Erik with a Michinoku driver and covers for two. Sheamus tags in as Ivar is tagged back in the match. Ivar hits a headbutt and climbs to the top rope. Sheamus runs up top and hits a power slam to Ivar from off the top rope.

The match continue live with McIntyre and Sheamus having both Erik and Ivar on the ropes where the combine to hit 10 beats of the Bodhran give or take a few beats. Sheamus hits Ivar with a flying knee drop and covers for two. Sheamus goes for the Brogue kick but Erik counters and hits with a power bomb. Erik dives off the second rope right into a running knee from Sheamus. McIntyre tags in and dives over the top rope to take out both Erik and Ivar. Ivar tags in as Erik slams McIntyre to the mat. Ivar hits a power slam from the second rope and covers but Sheamus breaks it up at two. Ivar goes up top and hits a splash, Ivar covers but McIntyre kicks out at two. Erik tags in, Sheamus takes out Ivar with a Brogue kick and McIntyre hits Erik with the claymore, McIntyre covers for three.
Winners: Sheamus & Drew McIntyre

Asuka vs Liv Morgan
The match begins with a lock up. Asuka hits a German suplex and follows with a drop kick. Raquel Rodriguez and then Nikki Cross come out to the commentary desk to confront Carmella as the camera spends more time on this than the match going on in the ring. Morgan hits the oblivion in the ring and covers for a two count.

Back live with Asuka having Morgan in an armbar on the mat. Morgan hits an enziguri and then a running knee in the corner. Morgan gets a roll up that Asuka counters into an Asuka lock which causes the submission victory.
Winner: Asuka
After the match every participant in the Women’s elimination chamber takes their turn running in the ring as it becomes chaos that ends with Asuka and Morgan staring each other down.

Intercontinental Championship: Gunther vs Madcap Moss
The match begins with a lock up. Gunther drives Moss to the corner and hits a chop. Moss powers out of the corner to hit a take down. Gunther hits a shoulder tackle and follows with a big boot. Moss hits a spine buster and covers for a two count.

Back live with Gunther hitting a big chop to Moss. Moss counters a power bomb and hits with a back suplex. Moss hits a vertical suplex and follows with a the punch line, Moss covers for a two count. Gunther hits a big chop and climbs to the top rope. Moss jumps on the top and hits a fall away slam from the top rope, Moss covers but Gunther kicks out at two. Gunther locks in the sleeper hold and then hits the power bomb and Gunther gets the three count.
Winner: Gunther

SmackDown returns with Sami Zayn making his entrance in front his hometown crowd with his “Worlds Apart” theme song back in all its glory as the Montreal crowd give Zayn the ovation he deserves. Zayn takes a moment to embrace the crowd with tears in his eyes. Zayn says that for him and for this city, tomorrow night is once in a lifetime. Zayn calls out Reigns and addresses him in French to a huge reaction from the crowd. Zayn says tomorrow is Reigns vs Zayn and the entire city of Montreal. Zayn says Reigns is going down and spikes the mic off the mat to a huge reaction. SmackDown goes off the air with the Montreal crowd chanting for Sami Zayn.
