Jake Crist Undergoes Impressive Physical Transformation

The world of professional wrestling demands athletes to be on point with their fitness regime. Impressive physiques and well-toned bodies have been perceived as key factors for the success of wrestlers in the business. Even at times, the superstars enter with plainer looks and end up transforming their bodies amidst wrestling for promotions. That has been the recent case with former IMPACT star Jake Crist.

The IMPACT Wrestling superstar has got amazing results on his recent fitness journey. He posted a series of photos on Instagram, mapping out his road to transforming his body into a much-toned and well-built physique.

Jake Crist has been a part of many independent promotions. Crist’s tenure includes names such as Combat Zone Wrestling, Ring of Honor, Full Impact Pro, International Wrestling Cartel, IGNITE Wrestling, and Heartland Wrestling.

After his success on the indie circuit, Jake Crist signed with IMPACT Wrestling in 2017. The captivating star was a member of the team, Ohio Versus Everything alongside his brother Dave Crist.

Jake Crist even performed as a singles competitor after his brother was released by IMPACT. However, Crist followed suit as he himself announced his own departure from the company in December 2020.

Jake Crist returned to IMPACT to respond to Josh Alexander’s open challenge for the X Division Title on the broadcast on September 2, 2021, however, he failed. We will have to wait and see if this new physical transformation will lead to him having another stint in a major promotion.
