Keith Lee made his return during the latest Rampage taping. The former AEW World Tag Team Champion arrived in time to make the save for Dustin Rhodes from Swerve Strickland and the Mogul Affiliates after the main event.

Lee had been out of action for months. The Limitless One was betrayed by Swerve Strickland on the November 21, 2022, edition of Wednesday Night Dynamite. Strickland’s newest group, Mogul Affiliates, debuted during the segment as well.

As previously reported, Keith Lee’s absence from AEW television was part of the story. The former NXT Champion was removed from television in order to sell the brutal cinderblock injury sustained during the segment.

It remains to be seen how the return will actually transpire when it airs on AEW Rampage this Friday. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more from the world of professional wrestling.
