Jay Briscoe passed away at the age of 38-years-old. He died in an automobile accident, and his daughters are still dealing with serious injuries. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this time. The tributes keep pouring in, and Nick Jackson had a special note to send out.
Nick Jackson took to his Instagram stories and he uploaded a graphic of Jay Briscoe. The AEW EVP also wrote a touching tribute on the graphic for his late friend.
Life is so unfair. It’s way too short. Jay, I love you man. I’m praying for you and your family. This has left us all heart broken. RIP my friend.
Matt Hardy is devastated by this news, and the Usos sent out touching tribute as well. This is a terrible tragedy and the reactions are coming in from all over.
WWE also paid tribute to Jay Briscoe during this week’s live broadcast. They also changed up funeral angle on the show at the last minute due to this terrible tragedy.
Jay Briscoe was one-half of The Briscoe Brothers tag team. At a time like this, it seems superficial to talk about pro wrestling, but he was one of the greatest tag team specialists of our age. His loss is a huge one, and many will continue praising his amazing contributions to pro wrestling. RIP.
