Booker T Says Mandy Rose Still Made The Wrong Decision Despite Raking In $1 Million With Premium Content

Mandy Rose had a career-defining run in NXT as the brand’s Women’s Champion, where she was the champion for 413 days before she lost it to Roxanne Perez last year. Rose’s stock only continued to rise, even after she got released by WWE, which was due to her Premium Content Service. While many people are happy for Mandy Rose, Booker T isn’t one of them. He is also not a fan of Rose making 1 million from her Premium Content Service.

Mandy Rose was released from her WWE contract due to content she posted behind her premium content paywall. It was reported that Mandy Rose was not even given an opportunity to take down her premium content before her WWE release.

Mandy Rose ended up making $1 million from FanTime last year. While speaking on his Hall Of Fame podcast, Booker T talked about Mandy Rose earning a million bucks. Booker T stated that he believes Rose still made the wrong decision despite making so much money.

“A million dollars ain’t gonna take care of you for a solid year if you’re living large. I think [Rose launching a FanTime account] was the wrong decision, and I stand by that because I feel that Mandy Rose’s talent was so much more than her beauty.”

WWE also isn’t closing the door on Mandy Rose’s return to the company in the future. That being said, Rose can earn a ton of money without much problem, so it is likely she will be taking her time before returning to professional wrestling.
