Dominik Mysterio shocked everyone in attendance at Clash At The Castle by doing the unthinkable and turning heel by assaulting Edge and then his father Rey Mysterio. Since then, he’s been part of the Judgment Day stable, and making a lot of noise with Rhea Ripley. Mysterio recently attracted the interest of a former WWE Superstar, who offered him some words of wisdom.

Rene Dupree suggested that he would be willing to teach Dominik Mysterio and that he needed to work out. The former Tag Team Champion said on his Cafe de Rene podcast that Dominik Mysterio needs to go to the gym in response to his present shape.

“Would I train him? Yeah, he needs to hit the gym. But you know what? 85% is backstage. His dad’s loved and a legend and he doesn’t have to,”

Dominik Mysterio started making appearances on WWE television in 2019 with his illustrious father. About a year later, at SummerSlam in 2020, the 25-year-old faced up against Seth Rollins for the first time. Since then, he has consistently participated in the Stamford-based promotion.
