Jonathan Gresham became one of the best things about ROH over the past two years. He eventually became the ROH World Champion right before the company went on hiatus. He has been absent for quite a while now, and it seems Tony Khan has finally confirmed his departure from AEW.

Jonathan Gresham defended the ROH World Championship against Claudio Castagnoli. In the end, Claudio would beat Gresham for the title. Things were not well before that at all.

In the end, Gresham decided to part ways with ROH and AEW for good. Fans were more or less under the impression Gresham was done with the companies. While speaking with Will Washington of Grapsody, Tony Khan confirmed that Jonathan Gresham was done with AEW and ROH.

This was already more or less known as Jonathan Gresham made his return to Impact Wrestling earlier this year and signed a contract with the company right after that. We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for Gresham, as fans are excited for his future in Impact Wrestling.
