Ronda Rousey came back to WWE earlier this year and immediately put the whole locker room on notice. She became a two-time Smackdown Women’s Champion and is currently engaged in a bitter feud with Shotzi Blackheart and Raquel Rodriguez. In fact, Rousey put the blame on Rodriguez for their current issues.

Rousey’s feud with Rodriguez began when Shotzi became the number one contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Survivor Series WarGames. Prior to Survivor Series, Ronda and Shayna ambushed Raquel and injured her arm.

Rousey and Baszler also attacked Rodriguez on Smackdown this week. While speaking on SmackDown LowDown, Shayna Baszler made it clear she and Rousey aren’t worried about the upcoming Gauntlet match.

“Let’s take a look at the field here. So we have Raquel, we all know about Raquel. Emma, beat her. Let’s see here, Liv, already beat her. Tegan, a cheater who doesn’t really deserve a shot at the title. We have Xia, she hasn’t even been here long enough to be doing any sort of challenging for any titles. Sonya? She’s felt that Armbar too.”

Ronda Rousey then put the blame on Raquel Rodriguez for instigating their feud in the first place. Rousey added that she was always respectful to the former NXT Women’s Champion.

“She started it. Like I had been nothing but respectful to her. I did nothing but give her opportunities. I’ve been great to her.”

Raquel Rodriguez and Shayna Baszler will both take part in a gauntlet match next on SmackDown next week. We will have to wait and see how WWE will book Rousey and Rodriguez’s feud in the coming weeks.
