Ronda Rousey Really Wants A WWE Tag Team Title Run

Ronda Rousey came back to WWE earlier this year and was immediately booked as a big deal. Rousey has already won the Smackdown Women’s Championship twice, something that certain fans are not very happy about. Be that as it may, Rousey isn’t done winning titles just yet, if her recent comments are anything to go by.

The SmackDown Women’s Champion has been teaming up with longtime friend Shayna Baszler on the blue brand. Due to this, fans have started wondering whether the two will go after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

While speaking on recent live stream on her YouTube channel, Rousey was asked if winning tag team titles with Shayna Baszler was on her bucket list. Rousey made it clear she would love to win tag team titles in WWE.

Yes I’m happy just to have a tag title. I don’t need a singles title. A tag run would be fun. I mean, both is cool. I’ve been doing singles for so long, I’m ready to change it up. That’s another thing, too, people forget I only have a year-and-a-half of in-ring experience.”

We will have to wait and see when Ronda Rousey teams up with Shayna Baszler, and whether they can pull down tag team titles in the process. It certainly seems likely if they go that direction with things. Fans might not be invested in their title run, but we will have to see how it goes down if/when it happens.
