Roxanne Perez was the first-ever Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion. Tonight, the prodigy added another title to her collection by beating a top star in Mandy Rose.

Roxanne Perez squared off against Mandy Rose for her NXT Women’s Championship in the main event of the white and gold brand this week. Perez wrestled the match through a kayfabe shoulder injury.

The prodigy kicked out of Mandy Rose’s running knee finisher as well. The Toxic Attraction star tried to pick up the challenger for a slam, but Roxanne countered the move with a Pop Rox, putting an end to Rose’s 413-day title reign in the process.

As previously reported, there was talk backstage prior to the show about Mandy Rose dropping her NXT Women’s Championship. Rose definitely had an outstanding reign with the title.
