Tammy Lynn Sytch somehow always found herself in trouble with the law for one reason or another. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to get jailed and makes a mockery of herself even now. In fact, she filed a motion regarding her DUI case recently.

As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Due to this, Sytch was arrested as it was determined that the wreck was her fault, and that was just the start of it. Steven deLaroche, who was representing her, requested to withdraw from the case. She then found herself requesting a public defender in her case because she is broke.

According to court documentation obtained by PW Insider, the public defender representing her in the case filed a motion in Florida asking for her next-scheduled pre-trial hearing to be pushed back.

For the time being, the court has not yet ruled on the motion. We’ll have to see what will become of the WWE Hall Of Famer in the end. Ringside News will monitor updates on Sytch’s ongoing legal issues heading to trial.
