Braun Strowman vs Ricochet (World Cup Semifinal)

Butch vs Santos Escobar (World Cup Semifinal)

Raquel Rodriguez & Shotzi vs Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler

Also scheduled for tonight’s show is Bianca Belair announcing her fifth and final teammate for Survivor Series WarGames.

It should be interesting to see how things play out on tonight’s show.

SmackDown kicks off with the Damage CTRL WarGames team in the ring. Bayley calls out Bianca Belair who makes her way out to the ring with her WarGames team beside her. Belair introduces the final member of her team, Becky Lynch who makes her return and run right in the ring leading to a huge brawl between the two WarGames teams. Lynch takes out Bayley with an exploder suplex. Lynch stands in the ring as Rhea Ripley slowly enters the ring, the crowd gets into it but Ripley leaves the ring as the crowd boos as Lynch wants to continue the fight.

Butch vs Santos Escobar

The match begins with a lock up. Escobar hits a side headlock take down and Butch turns into into an armbar and Butch then stomps on the elbow. Butch tries to go up top but Escobar shoves him down causing Butch to crash down on the floor.

*Commercial break*

The match continues live with Butch hitting a running knee in the corner. Butch hits a stomp to the hands and follows with a kick to the head. Butch takes out the rest of Legado Del Fantasma with a moonsault to the outside, after the distraction Escobar hits a tope suicida. Butch climbs to the top rope to meet Escobar and Butch snaps Escobar’s fingers and Escobar falls to the outside. Escobar gets back in the ring and Butch hits a tornado DDT. Butch and Escobar hit a double lariat leaving them both down. Butch locks in an armbar but Zelina Vega causes a distraction allowing Del Toro to run in and break the hold. Escobar hits the phantom driver and covers for three.

Winner: Santos Escobar

SmackDown returns with Bray Wyatt making his way down to the ring. Wyatt says he usually aware of how people perceive him. He knows people whisper behind his back and he knows what most people want to see out of him, most people “want to see the fiend” Wyatt says that’s not the man he wants to be anymore. Wyatt says it’s hard for him to explain what he has gone through. Wyatt knows violence is the only language he has every shown everyone, but he wants everyone to know that he did not attack LA Knight.

Wyatt is cut off by a strange video being played on the titantron, scenes from Wyatt’s past are shown with cuts to the “Howdy” character we have seen before.

Immediately after this video we cut to LA Knight being interviewed backstage. Knight says that Wyatt gets to stand in the ring and fill the world with his trash and stand their without facing consequences for what Wyatt did, and that if he wasn’t standing there injured, he would give Wyatt the consequences himself.

Hit Row vs The Viking Raiders

The match begins with Ashante and Ivar. Ashante ducks a lariat and begins to hit a series of strikes. Ivar slams Ashante to the corner and Erik tags in. Erik hits a strong right hand and tags Ivar back in who hits with a knee strike. Ashante flips out of a suplex and tags in Top Dolla who hits a shoulder tackle. Ashante tags back in and goes for a dive but Ivar dodges and hits a big spin kick. Erik and Ivar hit Ragnarok and make the cover for three.

Winners: The Viking Raiders

SmackDown returns with La Knight in pain on the floor backstage after an apparent backstage attack as WWE officials try to quickly get him medical attention.

Ricochet vs Braun Strowman

Our second World Cup semifinal match begins with a lockup and Strowman throwing Ricochet to the corner. Strowman pats Ricochet on the head and Ricochet slaps Strowman across the face as hard as he possibly could I’m sure. Ricochet hits a drop kick and Strowman charges forward and Ricochet pulls the rope to send Strowamn crashing outside. Ricochet hits a missile drop kick outside the ring. Ricochet poses for the crowd and Strowman hits a big shoulder tackle to send Ricochet over the announce table. Strowman throws Ricochet back in the ring and covers for two. Strowman Irish whips Ricochet to the corner and follows with a lariat in the corner. Strowman taunts the crowd as Gunther walks out to the ring. Kaiser and Vinci run out to cause a distraction as well, Ricochet takes advantage and gets a crucifix pin for three.

Winner: Ricochet

After the bell Imperium beats down Strowman, after hesitation Ricochet runs back to the ring to try and make the save, which makes absolutely no sense but this is wrestling. Imperium takes out Ricochet but Strowman gets back to his feet and Strowman and Ricochet clear the ring together.

Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler vs Shotzi

The match that was originally scheduled to have Raque Rodriguez kicks off as a handicap match. Shotzi hits a drop kick to Rousey but is met with a kick to the head from Baszler.

Raquel Rodriguez runs down to the ring showing clear signs of injury to make this match an official tag team match as advertised. Rodriguez tags in and goes for a power slam to Baszler but her arm gives out. Rousey makes the blind tag and locks Rodriguez in the armbar and Rodriguez is forced to tap out.

Winners: Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler.

Sheamus & Drew McIntyre vs The Usos

Our main event begins with Sheamus and Jimmy Uso in a lock up. Sheamus hits a big lariat and tags McIntyre in. After a double lariat to send Jey Uso over the top rope Sheamus is tagged back in.

*Commercial break*

Back live with Jey Uso pulling the rope to send Sheamus crashing outside the ring. McIntyre tags in and hits a neck breaker. McIntyre hits the spinebuster and covers Jimmy for a two count. McIntyre hits another neckbreaker and then kips up. McIntyre counts down but Jey grabs the leg to prevent the Claymore. Jimmy and Jey both hit tope suicidas and Jey Uso throws McIntyre to the steel stairs.

Our main event continues live with Jimmy Uso hitting a big boot to McIntyre in the corner. Jimmy hits the Umaga splash in the corner goes for another but McIntyre explodes out of the corner to hit a knee strike. Sheamus tags in and hits Jey with an Irish curse. Sheamus hits Jey with a total of 17 beats of the Bodhran. McIntyre joins in and Sheamus and McIntyre are both hit with the top rope of neck breakers. McIntyre hits a claymore, Jey Uso hits superkick to McIntyre and back in the ring Sheamus hits a running knee and covers for two. Off a Zayn distraction Jey hits Sheamus with a superkick. Jey climbs to the top rope but Sheamus hits a chop and climbs up too. Sikoa causes a distraction and Zayn slams Sheamus off the corner. Jey hits a splash and covers for a two count. A huge brawl breaks out outside the ring with Sikoa and Holland especially getting into it. McIntyre dives over the top rope to take everyone out. Zayn goes to throw a title belt in the ring but Owens grabs the belt from Zayn. Owens throws Zayn in the ring with the belt and the ref ejects Sami Zayn. Owens runs in and hits Jey with a stunner, Sheamus follows with a brogue kick and Sheamus covers for three.

Winners: Sheamus & Drew McIntyre
