WWE launched various programs over the years, and Next in Line is one of them. The NIL program has already introduced quite a few athletes from various sports to the WWE Performance Center. WWE is now planning on debuting two top athletes on television very soon as well.

NXT became a factory for the next generation of WWE Superstars, as many young talent hone their craft in the proving grounds and show the world what they are truly capable of. The white and gold brand is not finished surprising fans with who they have tucked away in the Performance Center.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is planning on debuting two top athletes on NXT. Those athletes in question are AJ Amrhein, who was a member of the acrobatics and tumbling team at Baylor University, and Isaac Odugbesan, who was one of the best shot putters in the college ranks this past season.

Two people being readied to debut on television in NXT are AJ Amrhein, who was a member of the acrobatics and tumbling team at Baylor University and was Baylor’s 2020 scholar athlete of the year, and Isaac Odugbesan, who was one of the best shot putters in the college ranks this past season.

Amrhein will use the name Dani Palmer. Odugbesan was still using that name but obviously that will be changed soon. He placed third in the NCAA championships with a 67-2 throw and won the Eastern finals with a 68-5 throw. He was seventh in the indoor finals and won the SEC. He’s 21 years old and originally from Nigeria

WWE signed various collegiate athletes because it helps them create a new generation of superstars that are just making it big in their domain and amongst the people around them. We will have to wait and see how successful Amrhein and Odugbesan will turn out in NXT.
