WWE’s busiest period of the year is only a few weeks away, with the Royal Rumble and the road to WrestleMania 39 coming up. The company will host its biggest annual event on April 1st and 2nd, 2023, in Los Angeles, California, with the tagline “WrestleMania Goes Hollywood.” WWE is planning to bring in a lot of celebrities for WrestleMania 39.

Dave Meltzer recently discussed WrestleMania 39 in the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter. WWE is attempting to attract numerous celebrities to the show with the theme of being from Hollywood and the attention that comes with their presence.

According to the report, co-CEO Nick Khan has several connections with people in the sports and entertainment industries from his time working as an agent, so that’s one way they could bring in some outside talent for the show. As Ringside News exclusively reported, John Cena has been in touch with WWE higher-ups, and he received Vince McMahon’s blessing as well. Fans might just see Cena compete for the first time since SummerSlam 2021.
