John Cena’s star continues climbing in Hollywood, but he hasn’t shut the door on a WWE return. With the road to WrestleMania starting soon, John Cena’s name is popping up once again.

A tenured member of the WWE creative team confirmed to Ringside News that, “Cena is under contract to WWE for several more years, and is committed to perform when mutually agreed upon.”

Ringside News was told that John Cena has “already discussed WrestleMania with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan.” Only time will tell if they can work something out.

That being said, Cena is also incredibly loyal to not just WWE, but Vince McMahon as well. We are told that there is no issue with Cena working for WWE after Vince McMahon’s exit.

Given the fact that WrestleMania is going Hollywood again next year, it seems like a natural fit to see John Cena do something on the show. We have not heard any confirmation that Cena will be in SoFi Stadium in April, but he is certainly open to the idea.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
