Jeff Jarrett is pro wrestling veteran and remains one of the very few legends who people still talk about even now. Double J finally made his way to AEW, but fans are not too excited about his inclusion in the company. In fact, Ric Flair decided to make Jarrett’s debut all about himself.

Fans couldn’t believe Jarrett actually debuted in AEW on the November 2nd episode of Dynamite. Jarrett appeared in the ring, along with his signature guitar, as he took out Darby Allin.

It was then revealed that Jarrett is the new Director of Business Development as well. While speaking on To Be The Man, Ric Flair talked about Jeff Jarrett signing with AEW. He credited himself for this happening.

“It’s the push he got from the Last Match! C’mon! No Last Match with Jeff, no AEW! Are you kidding me? Let’s get serious! He got more PR in that g*ddamn match than he’s ever gotten! I’m happy for him. Oh, man.”

Tony Khan was also accused of heavy drug use after signing Jeff Jarrett. Obviously, AEW drew a lot of attention with this signing. We will have to wait and see how Jeff Jarrett will fit into the AEW equation.
