The Kingdom were interviewed by Lexy Nair backstage following their AEW debut. The group introduced themselves and Matt Taven revealed why they showed up in Tony Khan’s promotion.

“And he is I and I am him, and I’m Matt Taven. We’re the ones that everyone’s been talkin about. The interweb has been chatting, ‘We’re they gonna show up? What are they gonna do?’ Well, guess what? We’re here for a reason. We never got our rematch for the Ring of Honor tag team gold and we’re here to get exactly that because we’re the OGK.”

The Kingdom were with Impact Wrestling before showing up in AEW. The trio was part of the Honor No More stable. We’ll have to wait to see what’s next in store for The Kingdom.
