Roxanne Perez was moments away from winning the NXT Women’s Championship from Mandy Rose until Cora Jade cost her the match during a previous episode of NXT. Roxanne Perez looks to even the odds by bringing a little help from WWE SmackDown this week.
Cora Jade was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell backstage tonight on NXT. Cora Jade berated Roxanne Perez by saying she has no friends in the WWE. McKenzie Mitchell told her that a lot of female stars have asked Roxanne Perez to pick her against Cora Jade.
For those not in the know, Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez will pick each other’s opponents before the two finally collide in a Weapons Wild match at Halloween Havoc next Saturday. Roxanne Perez will be on SmackDown, and she just might have something in store for Cora Jade. Later on, Cora Jade said she is going to RAW for her pick as she name-dropped Rhea Ripley.
The October 14th, 2022, edition of SmackDown will emanate from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA. The show will feature the return of Bray Wyatt since Extreme Rules and much more. Check out the card below.
