A surprising moment took place during the match when Beth Phoenix came out of nowhere to aid her husband in the fight against The Judgement Day. The numbers game was too much for The Rated R Superstar, because he said “I Quit” after Rhea Ripley threatened to smash a steel chair in his wife’s head. Then The Nightmare smashed the Glamazon’s head anyway.

Despite uttering the words “I Quit,” Rhea still proceeded to hit Beth with a conchairto while Edge looked on helplessly.

Rhea Ripley recently took to twitter to send a scary warning to Beth Phoenix and her husband, Edge. Obviously, she means business.

“@EdgeRatedR YOU named me the ERADICATOR, so that’s what I became… But before you I was always The NIGHTMARE. Sweet “dreams” @TheBethPhoenix #TheJudgmentDay #ExtremeRules,” tweeted The NIghtmare.

With the way the match ended at Extreme Rules, it looks like this rivalry is far from over. Fans will have to tune in to Monday Night RAW to witness the aftermath of this match.

Hey there! I'm a passionate pro wrestling fan. Since I unintentionally changed the TV channel and watched a clip from Monday Night RAW in 2006, I have been enamored with the world of professional wrestling. I've been hooked ever since. I got into WWE content writing 5 years ago and I still get excited when I get to tell people that I get paid to watch pro wrestling.
