Tony D’Angelo Will Not Need Surgery After Injury

Tony D’Angelo became one of the highlights of NXT television thanks to his solid character work. While he is gaining fanfare as of late, that has not helped him when it comes to injuries.

During the latest set of NXT tapings, D’Angelo seemed to suffer an injury while he was facing Wes Lee. The episode has already aired.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, he is not expected to be undergoing major surgery. D’Angelo could be back sooner than people would think.

The WWE Superstar is legitimately injured so we’ll still have to see when he will be making his return.
