Triple H took over as the head of WWE Creative after Vince McMahon stepped down. After that, things have truly changed for the better in the company, but there have been some layoffs as well.

The company is now currently expanding its various fields and now it seems WWE is now hiring for quite a few high-ranking positions, as revealed below:

As part of this new revamped company, WWE is hiring for a new SVP, Customer Growth. This person will be reporting to the EVP of Marketing.

The SVP of Customer Growth is responsible for the creation and delivery of the customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and value creation strategy across the WWE universe.  The role is highly target driven to:

  • Acquire new global audiences
  • Re-engage valuable known audiences
  • Support content franchises & Premium Live Events (PLE)
  • Develop and execute paid strategies with selected platforms
  • Develop strong and valuable partner relationships across fan activations, ecommerce and NFT’s
  • Grow ecommerce & partner revenue opportunities
  • Assist commercial & revenue partnerships in planning & execution

The company is also hiring for VP, Affiliates and this role will be reporting to: EVP, Marketing. You can check out the intended target for this job below.

  • Acquire new audiences for each broadcast partner.
  • Identify new areas for talent and brand integrations across all affiliate platforms.
  • Re-engage valuable known audiences and influence affiliate lifecycles to ensure a strong WWE presence.
  • Support content franchises & Premium Live Events (PLE) with bespoke plans by network.
  • Plan and execute fan activations for affiliate audiences at selected events.
  • Assist commercial & revenue partnerships in planning & execution where required.
  • Be an effective team leader and a member of the Marketing Leadership Team.

WWE is also hiring for a VP in Marketing Operations. This person will be eporting to. EVP Marketing.

The VP will support the EVP Marketing and the entire Marketing organization.  You will play a key role in leading, designing, delivering, and evangelizing a comprehensive program of change to ensure the impact of WWE marketing is globally optimized and maximized. This position will interface with key leaders and partners across WWE to build and execute strategic plans for all marketing priorities.

WWE is also looking for a Digital Producer, in Vertical Video. Specifically, “WWE is seeking a creative and skilled Vertical Video Producer to produce content for emerging platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. This position will play a key creative role within WWE Media, innovating across multiple platforms on a day-to-day basis to deliver timely, quality, and industry leading content.”

We’ll have to see who lands those big job opportunities. WWE is sure a place where someone can see a lot of advancement, but it can also be an incredibly unpredictable place to work as well.
