Swerve Strickland Is Down To Defend AEW Tag Team Titles Against FTR

Swerve Strickland is one part of the All Elite Wrestling Tag Team Champions with Keith Lee. At AEW’s All Out, on Sunday, Swerve and Lee will defend their tag team gold against The Acclaimed. However, many believe FTR should be getting the Tag Team Championship opportunity due to the hot streak they have been on in 2022.

While appearing on the most recent episode of Grapsody, Swerve believes a match with FTR will happen eventually. Although as the incumbent champions, he and Lee do not have to chase anyone.

The chance of Strickland and Lee facing off against FTR for the Tag Team Championships in AEW is high as long as the former keeps the belts, and the matter of when for the potential match-up. We’ll see what happens in the future.
