WWE made a lot of interesting, and poor choices in NXT 2.0. One of those changes took place when Fabian Aichner became Giovanni Vinci. That also came with a totally different character. Then Triple H swooped in to reverse a lot of that bad booking.

Gunther and Sheamus destroyed each other at WWE Clash at the Castle. Prior to the match, fans in Cardiff were in for a big surprise.

Ludwig Kaiser gave Gunther’s intro prior to the IC Title match, and then he introduced Giovanni Vinci by his side. This was followed up by announcing the stable as Imperium. That reveal caused the Cardiff fans to pop in epic fashion.

It appears that Imperium is now on the WWE main roster, and Corey Graves put it best when he said that the pieces are finally together for Gunther’s stable.
