Butch, formerly known as Pete Dunne, and Tyler Bate were 2/3 of the British Strong Style on the U.K. independent scene. The two also had a classic against each other for the NXT UK Championship way back in 2017. Tonight, Butch gave his longtime friend and rival a prep talk.

Butch was featured on NXT 2.o this week. The former NXT UK Champion was seen talking to Tyler Bate on facetime. Butch asked Tyler Bate to unify the NXT and NXT UK Championships at Worlds Collide for the legacy of NXT UK, the future of NXT Europe and for British Strong Style.

Bate will take on NXT Champion Bron Breakker in a title versus title at Worlds Collide this Sunday on pay-per-view. Bate is currently in his record-setting second reign as the NXT UK Champion.

Raw superstars Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H will challenge for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship at the September 4th premium live event as well. NXT Women and NXT UK Women’s Championships will also be unified this Sunday.
