WWE’s Likely Plan For Edge & Beth Phoenix At Clash At The Castle

As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Edge and Damian Priest faced each other in the main event of the show. The two had a solid match, as Edge won in the end.

Following the match, Edge was attacked by Judgment Day before Beth Phoenix returned and helped out her husband. Beth Phoenix returned to WWE television for the first time since January and got a huge reaction from the crowd as well.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE is likely planning a huge mixed tag team match featuring Edge and Beth Phoenix at Clash At The Castle.

You could see it in the ring, it was one of those reactions – it was a big one. It looks like they’re building to something. It looks like Edge, Rey and Beth Phoenix vs Judgment day for Clash At The Castle.

We will have to wait and see how WWE will be booking Edge and Beth Phoenix’s storyline until Clash At The Castle. Fans are certainly glad to see The Glamazon back as well.
