Another Change Likely Planned For WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Tournament

The tournament to crown the next WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions began earlier this month. The semi-finals will be taking place on RAW this week, with one of the first matches being held on the show.

A change to the lineup took place on Friday, when Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark were replaced in the tournament by Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne of Toxic Attraction. Toxic Attraction ended up winning their match as well.

Tonight’s match will see IYO SKY and Dakota Kai face Alexa Bliss and Asuka, but the match might not even happen. Bryan Alvarez took to Twitter and reported that another change is expected in the women’s tournament.

Nikkita Lyons already shot down rumors that she was pulled due to being unvaccinated. We will have to wait and see what changes will be seen in the Women’s Tag Team Title tournament.
