Mickie James’ career in the sport of pro wrestling came at a time when the ladies were treated horribly in the booking before the division rose up to be respectable. Still, she went on to have a decorated career in WWE and IMPACT Wrestling, and now it’s time to wonder when she’ll call it a career.

James will return at IMPACT Wrestling Lone Star Stampede. IMPACT officially confirmed that the former Knockouts World Champion will appear at the tapings on August 26th, at The Factory in Dallas, Texas, and she will make an announcement.

Mickie James hasn’t been seen on IMPACT Wrestling for many weeks. The last time she wrestled was on the July 14 episode, where she lost to Chelsea Green.

Mickie recently tweeted that she feels like she’s done in wrestling. But in an interview, she stated that she’ll always be involved with the business.

@MickieJames RETURNS to make an announcement!

We’ll keep an eye out for updates regarding James’ announcement. But if she does retire, Mickie deserves it after having a hall of fame career through all the organizations.
