WWE Creative Discussing New Angle For Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss made her return to WWE back in May. Before lengthy hiatus, Bliss was still portraying the twisted version of herself from a previous storyline with Bray Wyatt. Despite the “evil” Alexa being long gone, she’s still got her trusty Lilly doll with her each week.

Many fans have been confused about why a babyface would carry around an evil doll. The fact of the matter is Lilly dolls make for great merchandise. The toy hasn’t got in the way of Alexa’s character too much.

A new report by Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall discussed potential spoilers for tonight’s episode of Raw. One tidbit noted that a pitch was made to have somebody steal Lilly from Alexa Bliss. While it is not known if that pitch will make the show, it will be interesting to keep an eye on.

“There was also a story or moment of Alexa Bliss’ Lilly Doll being stolen by someone pitched, but we’re not sure if it made it through.”

If WWE decides to go with the storyline, it should make air on tonight’s broadcast. Alexa Bliss has not had much of direction since her return. Many fans will just be happy to see her get put into a storyline.

Elsewhere on Raw, Bobby Lashley will issue an open challenge for his United States Championship. Riddle is scheduled to take on Theory in singles action.
