Adam Cole Unlikely To Return Anytime Soon After Injury

Adam Cole is certainly one of the most skilled in-ring competitors in the pro wrestling world right now. He left NXT last year and made his way to AEW, which certainly made fans happy. Cole is also unlikely to return anytime soon after his injury.

The winner of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament suffered an injury at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view as well. In spite of that, Adam Cole competed in a fatal four-way match for the IWGP World Heavyweight title at Forbidden Door.

That brutal match led to him suffering a serious injury, which was likely a concussion. On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Adam Cole’s status. He stated that Cole will be out for a while due to injury.

“Adam Cole’s gonna be out for a while.”
