Ronda Rousey is one of the biggest stars in the WWE Women’s Division right now, and there is no denying how popular she is. Coming from the world of MMA, Rousey took no time in getting used to pro wrestling. She also demanded she drop the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Rousey successfully defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Natalya at the Money In The Bank event. Liv Morgan won the Money In The Bank match earlier in the night and then cashed it in on Ronda Rousey to become the new champion.

Rousey’s personal photographer, Lazie The Savage, took to his Instagram story and stated that Ronda Rousey had “demanded” that she drop the title to Liv Morgan. The caption to a video they posted on social media gave a bit more detail.

Respect to Ronda Rousey, who never wanted or asked to be champion… and demanded that the most passionate pro wrestler be awarded the most prestigious title in our industry

Morgan’s Smackdown Women’s Title reign is also not going to be long one. We’ll have to see whether Rousey will beat Morgan for the title at SummerSlam or not.
