Miro made his debut in AEW back in 2020 and fans simply wanted him to live up to expectations. Following a rocky start with Kip Sabian, Miro became the TNT Champion and came to be known as the Redeemer. Miro also made an interesting claim recently.
God’s Favorite Champion has seen a lot of gimmicks in his career, right from the indies to his time in WWE and now in AEW. However, there are some gimmicks that even he can’t pull off.
While speaking to Fightful, Miro claimed that he spends most of his time in his birthday suit. That is why he doubts a nudist gimmick would work for him.
“It’s my lifestyle I like being naked. No, no, absolutely not. It’s still television. We need to show ourselves appropriately, there are kids out there watching. We don’t want to scare anybody.”
Miro was part of the fatal four-way match to determine the first All-Atlantic Champion at AEW Forbidden Door. He was unable to win the match as Pac became the champion. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for Miro.
