Toni Storm Left WWE Because She Felt They Didn’t Care About Her

Toni Storm found success during her time in WWE, but that was mostly because of her time in NXT UK. She also had a solid run in NXT as fans just wanted to see her succeed. Storm also left WWE for a very solid and personal reason.

Storm did not have a good run on the WWE main roster, where her feud with Charlotte Flair did her no favors. Toni Storm ultimately was done with WWE and left without giving any prior notice to anyone.

While speaking on a recent episode of The Sessions, Toni Storm talked about her WWE exit. Storm stated that she left WWE because she felt they didn’t care about her.

“They don’t give a sh*t so why should I? This isn’t going to work. I know what’s going to happen here. I’m just going to be sent back to catering again. I’m not going to succeed here. I can just see… I thought my whole purpose in life was to go to WWE, but then over time I realized it’s just pro wrestling that I love. It’s not a company that I love. I just love pro wrestling.”

Toni Storm also considered quitting pro wrestling after leaving WWE. Storm is happy working in AEW so far and that is what matters to her in the end. We’ll have to see what AEW has planned for her next.
