Spoiler On WWE’s Plan For Debuting NXT Superstar

WWE has a lot of things in the works and they have been hyping the debut of a mystery Superstar on NXT for the past few weeks. Now we know what their plan is, so this is your official spoiler warning.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that the Giovanni Vinci character that they have promoted for weeks is going to be played by the former Fabian Aichner. He was left behind in NXT when the rest of Imperium was called to the main roster and given new names.

Fabian Aichner of Imperium fame is slated for the role, after being off of television for several months.

It was reported in April that Aichner was set for a repackaging. The nature of this new character was not known at the time, but the new Vinci promos certainly cleared things up a bit.

It’s about time that WWE does something with Aichner at this point. He’s been working hard at the WWE Performance Center for years and often praised for his physical abilities. Now he will have a chance to work on his own.
