During the main event match, Shinsuke Nakamura nailed his knee on the ring steps with a Kinshasa that an Uso dodged. This caused the ringside medics to swarm him and he was taken out of the match.

Riddle was forced to fend for himself and that resulted in The Ones picking up the W. We can confirm that this was all part of the show.

Ringside News was told by a tenured member of the creative team that Shinsuke Nakamura was not injured during SmackDown. It was worked into the match and part of the storyline.

Riddle did not call any improve moves in the ring and there was no off-the-cuff change due to the King of Strong Styles taking off before the match’s finish. Obviously, they wanted to focus on Riddle’s beef with the Bloodline, a very good place for the King of Bros to be in.

We will have to see how things develop from this point on. The Usos are not booked for match at Hell in a Cell and neither are Roman Reigns or Riddle. Keep checking back with Ringside News as we continue monitoring this ongoing situation.
