AEW Talent Wasn’t Aware MJF Bought A Plane Ticket Home Before AEW Double Or Nothing

MJF and AEW seem to be going through rocky patch, but the rest of the locker room wasn’t really clued in on the deal.

Fightful reports that AEW talent weren’t smartened up about the whole plane ticket situation until it broke online. That being said, it was known by some of them that MJF was trying to get out of Las Vegas.

One talent said yesterday afternoon before we reported the flight booking that they were told MJF was trying to leave Las Vegas. Numerous talent tried to reach out to MJF on Saturday, but we’re not told if any reached him.

Some AEW wrestlers didn’t know about the situation until word of the flight being booked for MJF was made public.

We will have to see what happens in Las Vegas for Double or Nothing. MJF didn’t leave Las Vegas last night, but that doesn’t mean he is 100% thrilled to do a job to Wardlow, specially under his current deal.
