Sammy Guevara Says Dating Tay Conti Is The Greatest Highlight Of His AEW Career

Sammy Guevara became one of the most beloved stars in AEW, mainly thanks to his solid in-ring prowess. However, none of that matters any more thanks to his relationship with Tay Conti. Guevara recently made an outrageous claim when it came to his AEW career.

AEW President Tony Khan admitted that fan reaction to Sammy and Tay is unlike something he has seen before. In fact, Khan further realized that he misread the fan reaction to Guevara and Conti.

While speaking on Rasslin’, Sammy Guevara was asked about the highlights of his career in AEW. Guevara claimed that his relationship with Tay Conti is the greatest highlight of his AEW career.

“That’s the thing, there’s the golf cart, there’s me getting superkicked by Matt Jackson, there’s the Stadium Stampede, there’s Blood & Guts, there’s my time beating Miro. I’ve had moment, after moment, after moment, after moment here in AEW. I’m humble. The thing is, moment, after moment, after moment, but the thing is, the highlight is being with this beautiful woman.”

Sammy Guevara also does not think anyone actually hates him and Tay Conti. In fact, Guevara thinks fans are clamoring for him to win the TNT Championship again. It remains to be seen what AEW has planned for Sammy Guevara next.
