WWE Fines Sonya Deville For Her Actions On Raw

Sonya Deville lost her cool once again on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Sonya was defeated by Alexa Bliss, causing the former authority figure to become very frustrated. Deville then slapped the referee across the face.

The remaining WWE authority figure, Adam Pearce, has had enough. Pearce appeared on the latest episode of The Bump to discuss the recent goings-on in WWE. There, he announced disciplinary action against Sonya Deville.

Pearce noted that Sonya Deville has been fined for her actions. For Deville’s character, it has been a sharp downfall. She was also recently removed from her position as a WWE official after she continually abused her power.

This is the second week in row that Sonya Deville has been punished by a match with Alexa Bliss. Bliss returned on the May 9th episode of Raw and quickly squashed Sonya. This week’s rematch was slightly more competitive after Deville had a week to prepare.

Of course, the fine is just part of the storyline. Sonya Deville had a solid run as a heel WWE official. Now, she is paying her retribution for her actions after being fired from that job.

The WWE Universe will have to stay tuned to see what comes next for Sonya Deville. After abusing her position for a very long time, WWE is finally bringing the hammer down. Sonya Deville’s downfall angle will continue as she is reintroduced to the ring after a long absence from full-time competition.
