Vince Russo Is All For Sasha Banks & Naomi’s WWE Walkout

Sasha Banks and Naomi shocked many people when they walked out in the middle of WWE Raw after being advertised for the main event. They had issues with their creative direction and decided to just up and leave. They were also given huge props for walking out by a very controversial figure.

Banks and Naomi left WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the desk of John Laurinaitis and simply left the arena. Their walkout might have been due to contract issues, among other things.

While speaking on Legion of RAW, Vince Russo shared his thoughts on Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out of Monday Night RAW. He gave both of them huge props and support.

“No (it did not cross the line). And I love this,’ revealed Vince Russo. “I’ll tell you why, Chris, because we lose sight of one thing, and you and I have said this over and over again. If these wrestlers are independent contractors, then that’s part of the deal, bro. Part of the deal! This is, they go to work; they are independent contractors; this is what we want you to do tonight. ‘No, I’m not going to do that tonight.’ An independent contractor can make that decision and make that choice.”
