LA Knight Appears In Segment Before WWE SmackDown This Week

LA Knight is one of the mainstays of NXT 2.0. Knight is known for his exceptional mic skills and incredible work ethic. The NXT 2.0 star would be great addition to the main roster and there’s no denying that.

According to PW Insider, WWE had Knight in the building for tonight’s SmackDown. The NXT 2.0 star cut a promo in a dark segment prior to the main show. The outlet further stated that Knight could end up in a managerial role on the main roster.

We are told that this was more or less a tryout segment for him in a potential manager role.

Knight’s last feud saw him lose to Imperium’s Gunther (fka Walter) at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. Imperium (Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser) made their main roster debut on SmackDown last week.
